Brewing my own Kambucha (video)


Yep, after my yoga teacher Leon gave me some of his kambucha scoby (Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast), I’ve been brewing kambucha in Koh Phangan.

I really think everyone should have a jar at home, it’s tasty, healthy, and easy to make, a perfect substitute to unhealthy processed drinks.

Plus, it’s like having a pet that you don’t really need to take care of, and instead it feeds you its healthy juice!

All you have to do is find a scoby somehow…from a friend or I’ve heard you could order online too. After that, just feed your scoby

1. tea

2. sugar

then wait for 3 days to a week (depends on the temperature you live in), pour it out, it’s good to drink!
